While we are on the road, I keep getting asked about who is watching our place. The answer is, "everyone".
Alaska has been a great guardian dog so far but she is just one year old and not quite ready to be left on her own yet.
So several people have been coming to the house to keep her and Togo from getting too bored and doing something stupid.
Amanda spent the weekend there and also entertained the cats,
and Sarah brought her friend and her daughter over. (thank you for the pictures from home, Sarah)
Alaska is extremely maternal so if you can't tell from the picture, this was heaven for her.
More Timbits?
You're training 'em young now, Alaska.

Boring
Skid thinks dog trials are boring.
Nothing to do in the camper but take your ball and watch through the window.

Movin' On
We've spent the last week and a half at our friend's Missouri farm, have really enjoyed ourselves and gotten alot of work done with our dogs. Unfortunately, spending alot of time training doesn't make for a very good farm blog so I've been delinquent with my writing. I have, however, been keeping our trial blog up and I invite you to check up on our doings on that forum. Also, if you haven't found us on facebook yet, check it out. I have it set up so that you don't have to be a participant on facebook in order to read the entries.
We are sorry to have to travel on again (we are headed towards Pennsylvania now) and we said good bye to all the animals at the Missouri farm this morning.
I'm sure the turkeys will miss us the most of all since they spent the whole time following us around and camping outside of our trailer when we were in it.
Good bye Turkeys!
